I had a feeling I'd miss a day this week. I've been planning for CTN this weekend in Burbank, and that includes a lot of drawing and making books. I'm anticipating this event a lot, so I'm dedicating most of my time to making my stuff look good.

The leftover booklets from APE are now for sale in the Support section. They contain the first two stories, and come with a sketch from yours truly.

The next Turnpike story is slated to begin this coming Wednesday, but I'm not sure if that will play out. A couple weeks ago, my roommate dropped a bombshell on me that he and a family member lost their jobs, and now he has to leave the Los Angeles area and head back north to help. So now I have to spend a chunk of my day interviewing people to replace him by early November. If I'm short on time, I'll do some still art for the update days, and something cool for Halloween.

The Support section will soon have booklets for sale. These are the leftovers I didn't sell while at APE in San Francisco. They'll also come with a sketch in the back.

This weekend I'll be exhibiting at Alternative Press Expo in San Francisco. It'll be a mini-print of the first story of the anthology, and will also be offered with an optional sketch in the back. I'll be sharing the table with Spike of Templar, Arizona, who will have plenty of her own (actual) books and merchandise.

In storyline news, there's one page left the "The President." Following that will be a 3-page short story deviating from the usual style. The next storyline should kick in October 28th.

The webhost moved us to another server which broke the PHP code. The paths have been corrected and everything should be working. Hopefully I can update tomorrow with no problems.

One whole item has been placed in the Extras section. Enjoy the first desktop. I eventually hope to have a desktop for every storyline, in addition to this general one. I'm still figuring out what other stuff I want to put in there.

With the site up for 4 months now, I figured it was time to have a subsection where I announce upcoming events, conventions I'll be attending, site changes, and any news about the comic. This will not be a personal blog. I already have one of those.
